Ingredients:
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 cups Manitoba Harvest hemp hearts
- 3 TBSP olive oil
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 2 handfuls basil or spinach
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
Directions:
- While the processor is running, drop the garlic cloves in. You can also mince the garlic by hand before you start cooking.
- Pulse the ingredients until they are just combined.
- Serve over your favourite vegetables, fish, meat or pasta dish.
