We respect and maintain personal privacy and personal information protection rights. We know the importance of protecting your personal information and want to make every customer experience safe and secure. To achieve this goal, we have developed this policy to explain our practices in collecting, using and disclosing your personal information. We have appointed a Privacy Officer who is responsible for our compliance with this policy. See below for information on how to contact the Privacy Officer.
personal information
For purposes of this policy, “personal information” means information about an identifiable individual, including, for example, an individual’s name, home address, telephone number, social security number, gender, income, and family status. Personal information does not include information by which an individual can be contacted at the place of business, such as an employee’s name, title or title, business phone number or business address. We will only collect, use or disclose personal information in accordance with this policy or the laws applicable to our collection, use and disclosure of your personal information (“Applicable Privacy Laws”).
non-personal information
On the other hand, “non-personal information” refers to any type of information other than personal information outside the scope of this policy. For example, non-personal information would include business information, or information that enables an individual to be contacted at a business location, such as an employee’s name, title or title, business phone number, or business address. Non-personal information also includes anonymous or non-identifiable information, such as web browsing information (such as the domain used to access the site, or the type and version of the device, browser, or operating system used to access the service), or aggregated information based on anonymous data (e.g. number of visitors, pages visited by users, average time spent on various parts of the site or services). We collect, use or disclose Non-Personal Information in accordance with our normal business practices, but always in compliance with any applicable laws. However, this policy only covers our collection, use and disclosure of personal information.
