Mint can be a great herb to help with digestion, as it reduces gas. The herb has also been proven to relieve symptoms of IBS pain and discomfort by relaxing the muscles in the GI tract and reducing muscle spasms.
You can make your own mint tea by steeping 15 fresh mint leaves in hot water. You can freeze it or dry it to use later if you are worried that your mint will go bad.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened (cold).
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 TBSP Almond Butter
- 1/4 cup mint leaves (packed)
- 2 cups spinach
- Genuine Health Vanilla or Chocolate Protein powder, 1 Scoop
- Dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs, 1 TBSP
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients together on high speed.
