This recipe is one of three unique make-ahead breakfast recipes that you can add to your meal preparation. It’s for those who feel better when they have a low-carb, high-protein breakfast. This is also paleo, keto-friendly and goes well with eggs or avocado. Make extras and add them to salads. Enjoy!

15 Minutes

Serves:

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 2 tsps of dried ground sage
  • 2 tsp dried thyme
  • Half a teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp of ground pepper
  • Coconut oil, 1 tbsp

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except for the coconut oil.
  2. Add coconut oil to a medium-heated frying pan.
  3. Form into patties, and fry them for 4-5 minutes per side or until they are cooked.
  4. When ready to eat, cook all the food at once. Then, reheat it in the microwave or on the stove for about a minute.
