Ingredients:
- 1 lb Ground Turkey
- 2 tsps of dried ground sage
- 2 tsp dried thyme
- Half a teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 tsp of ground pepper
- Coconut oil, 1 tbsp
Directions:
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except for the coconut oil.
- Add coconut oil to a medium-heated frying pan.
- Form into patties, and fry them for 4-5 minutes per side or until they are cooked.
- When ready to eat, cook all the food at once. Then, reheat it in the microwave or on the stove for about a minute.
