It’ll be a no-booze Christmas for me unless Baby K arrives very soon! It doesn’t stop me from enjoying a mocktail. You can also check out some of my other healthy holiday cocktail and mocktail recipes that I have posted on this blog in previous years:
- A Healthy Holiday Ginger Cocktail
- Apple Ginger Fizz
- Hot Toddy
- Golden ‘Nog
If you want to make this cocktail alcoholic, I’m sure it would be delicious with gin.
This mocktail is very light. You can also add some fresh ginger slices to the mocktail (without adding alcohol) and allow it to sit for a bit before serving.

Ingredients:
- You can also use ginger ale instead of 1/2 cup ginger kombucha.
- I used one grapefruit to squeeze it and a cup of freshly squeezed juice.
- Half a cup sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- To garnish, use a basil leaf or a grapefruit wedge
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients in a shaker or bowl with ice.
- Pour into cocktail glasses, and garnish with basil leaves and/or grapefruit slices.
