It’s time to celebrate the holidays! This time of year is often a time for overindulging in rich foods and sugary drinks. As a Holistic nutritionist, I believe that you should be able to enjoy the holidays without feeling like you are in a sugar-coma.
This is why I created these three mocktails that are easily converted into cocktails in collaboration with Well.ca. Each recipe can be made for two people and is available with or without alcohol.

Apple Ginger Fizz

Ingredients:
Apple Ginger Fizz
* 1 cup apple juice
* 1/4 cup of lemon juice
* 1/2 cup ginger kombucha (could substitute ginger kombucha).
Carbonated water: 1/2 cup
* 2 Ice cubes
It’s alcoholic:
Bitters with 12 dashes of angostura
* 2-4 oz vodka
Optional garnishes
* Fresh cranberries
Directions:
1. Mix the ingredients together.
2. Pour into two chilled glasses.
