We all know that boring salads are not popular. Many of our clients have asked us for recipes for salad dressings, and now that summer is in full swing we thought it would be a great time to share a few of our favorites.
Most of the time, you can modify the recipe to suit what’s in your pantry. Lemon juice, red wine vinegar, and apple cider vinegar can all be substituted. If you do not have coconut aminos, or soy sauce, you can use tamari instead. You can substitute maple syrup and honey for each other. Tahini can be added or removed from dressings in order to create a creamy dressing or vinaigrette.
