Salad with Arugula
We recommend that you prepare a healthy and delicious salad with arugula and tomatoes in the spring of 2022. You can also add parmesan to it. We invite you to get familiar with a quick and easy salad recipe. It can be made in 10 minutes. Peel the carrots, and then grate the coarsely grated carrots. Wash the apples and peel them. Grate them with a finer grated. Add some greenery and olive oil to the vegetables and fruit of your choice. Add a little salt and pepper to the salad and it’s ready for the table.
Salmon Salad
We suggest that you pay attention to the options of salmon, fresh radish, and spinach. Then, wash and slice the radish into thin circles. Remove the stems from the spinach and rinse it under water. Add the spinach to the ingredients above. Peel half the pomegranate, and then remove the seeds. This will give the salad a spicy note. Add avocado if you like. Season with olive oil, herbs, and salt.
Shrimp and Avocado Salad
A light, hearty salad with shrimp, avocados and cucumbers will make a great spring dish. Wash and peel the cucumbers, and then cut them into thin strips. The shrimps must be boiled before adding them to the vegetables. We prepare the sauce by mixing finely chopped herbs, garlic, olive oil and salt with pepper. Dress the salad in a fragrant sauce and voilà – you have a delicious and healthy dish!
